We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return!
All returns must be:
Have no signs of wear or damage
In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

2. Please DO NOT return your order back to the original shipping address. Contact the support team for the latest return address.
3. Please return the product in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Wonder will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Wonder has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
30 Day Return Policy
Undamaged and unworn products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. But please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, so we will refund the cost of the product itself
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements
Refund requests for 30 Day Returns expire 30 days after the purchase date. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For quality-related issues, please Contact Us.
We offer exchanges for a different size (same product). But you need to return the product first and please note that Wonder will not be responsible for the shipping cost for returning products.
To start a return, you can contact our support team email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once the returned item arrives back in the warehouse after inspection, the refund process will begin. It will take 5-10 working days for us to process your order. You can always contact us for any return questions at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, freebies or gift cards.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take 5-10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. However, if it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us at email@example.com.
